MASTERING PROJECT MANAGEMENT THROUGH GAMES is AVENEW innovative program introduced in 2017. This course presents Project Management Concept using Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) through games, fun activities, interaction and discussion.

In two days, the participants will actively involve in fun learning Project Management. Aligned with the PMBOK® Guide latest edition, this course provides a step-by-step to planning, executing and monitoring & controlling a project and combine with best practices and case study.

During class, project management theory will be combined with practical, best practices and project management games.
