5-session online training that introduces the project management framework, current trend and rapid changes digital era, project management process group, how to initiate the project, planning the project, execute project plan, monitor and control project work. The course also covers the the introduction of Project Management tools using Microsoft Project.

Applied Project Management online training will use zoom platform with 4 hours per session. The participant will get soft copy module, and Start Your Project book.
