With many years working as a consultant and project management professional, and well over 10 years in training industry and over 12 years in education sector, Alin is an experienced professional with a proven track record in all phases of technical training. She has spent her time to develop effective training module and teaching delivery method. Alin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP®) with a master of engineering in Construction Management from University of Indonesia. She worked as lecturer at University of Indonesia for 7 years before worked as research assistant at University of Hong Kong. She has experiences more than 15 years in construction project management. Working as consultant, she has been involved in many projects related to infrastructure development, feasibility study, master plan, commercial building development, power plant, etc. Alin currently is a President of Project Management Institute (PMI) Indonesia Chapter.
Bayu is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Risk Management Professional (RMP) with a master of engineering in construction management from University of Indonesia. He worked as Pro Manager at UOB Buana Bank and has been a project management trainer since 2009. He was a lecturer at University of Indonesia. With many years work as consultant & analyst, he is an expert in feasibility study, financial engineering, and risk management. He is active in contributing his researches and project experiences by writing several papers that published in national and international conferences. Bayu is also an active board member of PMI Indonesia Chapter as Vice President for Branch and Project Manager of PMI Indonesia Symposium & Exhibition (SymEx) 2017. He was a speaker at Asia Pacific PMI Leadership Insitute Meeting in Hong Kong, in 2017.
Wahyu has long experience in developing new businesses and implementing project management in Oil & Gas, Information Technology and Telecommunication industry during his assignment with Schlumberger Sedco Forex, Unocal Indonesia, SCS Astragraphia and He served as Program Manager for PMO & QMS Division at Bakrie Telecom before join Avenew Indonesia. He graduated from Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember in Multimedia Telecommunication also has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® since 2007. He had been actively involved in developing PMI Indonesia Chapter as former VP Treasury and several communities concerning Small Medium Enterprise empowerment in Indonesia.
Noerrachman is an IT management expert and he has more than 20 years professional experiences. He is very much involves in management consulting and project management services mostly in the area of Information Technology (IT). He also holds SAP R/3 MM certified Application Consultant. Previously he was appointed as Director of PT Reka Piranti Prakarsa (IBM Software Distributors – subsidiaries of PT Swadharma Duta Data (SDD), before those position he was assigned as General Manager of Project Management Group at PT Swadharma Duta Data (SDD), SDD is an IT based company owned by Pensions Fund of Bank BNI46.
At some stage in developing and maintaining his vocation, Noerrachman in the last 11 years was actively involved and served as the chapter officer (Former Board of Director) at Project Management Institute Indonesia Chapter (as Vice President for Membership), and he is also from time-to-time act as a workshop facilitator for the subject of project management.
Ika is a Professional Project Management (PMP) certified that has more than 25 years of professional working experience in project management implementation, supply chain management and project control at various industries such as; Oil & Gas, Telco & ICT, Information System, Palm Oil Plantations & Factories, Etc. He has an extensive experiences in managing and controlling projects under Integrated Project Management & Supply Chain Management program, through collaboration techniques integrates and leads teams to achieve business objectives.
Imam has more than 20 years experience in construction project management. He is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, PMI-Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certified and PMI-Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) certified. He graduated from postgraduate program Institut Teknologi Bandung majoring Construction Management. He also hold Sertifikat Keahlian from Lembaga Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi (LPJK) for Ahli Madya – Bangungan Gedung & Manajemen Konstruksi.
Mr. Leiman is the former Audit Director of Information Technology at Hawaiian Electric Industries, Inc. where he oversees the IT audits of the company’s subsidiaries, Hawaiian Electric Company and American Savings Bank. In this capacity, he is responsible for monitoring the project implementation of the subsidiaries’ large scale software initiatives as well as various regulatory compliance requirements.
Amin received his MSBA in IT Auditing from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona as well as an MBA from Thunderbird Global School of Management, Glendale, Arizona. Additionally, he obtained his bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University Los Angeles. Further, Amin attended Seikei University, Tokyo, Japan.
Mr. Leiman is the Past President of PMI Honolulu Chapter (www.pmihnl.org) , 2010-2011. Also, he is the president of Hawaii-Indonesia Chamber of Commerce (www.hiicham.com) , and the Rotary Club of Honolulu Sunrise (www.rotaryhonolulusunrise.org).
Mr. Ichsan is professional project management practitioner with broad experience in multiple Industries such Information Technology, Telecommunication, Banking and Construction. He graduated as PhD in Strategic Management with Research Area in Strategic Project Portfolio Management and Project Management Office. Mr. Ichsan has involved in area of project management experience in industries such Oil and Gas, Construction, Telecommunication, Information Technology, Chemical. He also Certified Project Management Professional and Scheduling Professional from PMI as well as a Microsoft Project Specialist.
Leni Sagita Riantini has 19 years of experience as a Lecturer in Civil Engineering, particularly in Construction and Project Management knowledge group, in Universitas Indonesia. She has also been involved in various studies and projects from the governments (Public Works Ministry and education institutions) and state-owned enterprises, ranging from construction projects, infrastructure projects, feasibility studies, systems development (quality management system, maintenance management system, project planning standards), and academic development programs. In 2015, she obtained her PhD from National University of Singapore, defending her thesis on Business Continuity Management implementation studies for construction in Indonesia.
Mr. Sandi has been experienced more than 24 years in Project Management in the field of Construction and Information Technology. He has been involved a number of projects as Project Manager and Program Manager in handling government projects (Ministries and Government Agencies/Institutions), State Owned Government projects, and private sector projects with industry coverage of Manufacturing, Automotive, Banking, Telecommunication, Information Technology, and Aviation. Mr. Sandi certified a Professional in Project Management (PMP certified) and Professional Coach (LCPC certified). He also have 12 years experienced in Project Management Training, Mentoring, and Coaching for Project Managers in order to improve the success and discipline of project implementation.
Sachlani is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O) Foundation certified, ISO 9000 Internal Quality Auditor certified and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certified. He has more than 30 years experiences in quality management, project management and project management office. He was a Group Head of Enterprise Project Management at PT Astra Graphia Information Technology. He has won several awards at AGIT, i.e. Best Team Award, Best Auditor Award, Best Performer Award, and many more. Currently he is active as board advisor at Project Management Institute (PMI) Indonesia Chapter and Project Management & Quality Management Consultant.
Mr. Harry is sound professional in human capital practice for over 30 years in various industries with work exposure in country level, as well as in regional and global head office, experienced in strategic to the execution phase of business process. He is passionate to help people to grow, exploring, and unleashing their potential, inspire and patiently accompany them in their journey to reach their goals in their life, both professionally and personal. On top his education background in psychology and strategic management. He is now continuing ACC Mentoring Program study to sharpen his competence as a Coach.
